The Slow Path to Using AI to Solve Real-World Business Problems
On LinkedIn, I wrote about the various challenges we face in using AI to solve clear business problems. This is especially evident when new AI capability is launched without any clear and focused value proposition. The subtext of a lot of these conversations is that there is lingering uncertainty about how exactly to extract value from this technology. Businesses big and small need confidence that they will get a positive return on investment.
