Sam Altman’s Intelligence Age

Last week on LinkedIn, I wrote about Sam Altman’s blogpost in which he cut the ribbon on what he is calling The Intelligence Age.

In a wide ranging piece, Altman claims that the deep learning proof-of-concept has been a success, which means we can draw a clear pathway towards superintelligence. He discusses the possibilities of AI and what an AI-assisted future could look like, while also making it clear that certain job types will be impacted.
